No, he's not signed for us or died suddenly, although there wouldn't be much difference between those two events!
He's cancelled his contract with Bury because of injury so he doesn't sponge off the club.
If only there were more with that level of integrity.

    Saw this yesterday and shocked that he was still playing...

    In addition I didnt realise that he'd started his career @ Bury and that his break through year for them was in 1999-20, that means that the year before, Bury's Goalkeepers were: Dean Kiely / Paddy Kenny / Bruce Grobbelaar (and they still got relegated from the Championship)

    In 2008/09, two of our three goalkeepers were to go on to become full Internationals and the other one had already been capped 10 times at England U21 level. Didn't stop us coming rock bottom though ;-(
