Let's be honest. We aren't privy to whether it's JE or KF. Whatever it was, it worked.

That was 100% Jason Euell's win. Fraeye is an idiot, a Belgium clown. He just stood there while Euell managed. I bet the players don't even respond when he talks. JERA!

no m8 you are a idiot

    Spot on today
  • Knowing Jason's attention to detail as a coach and how well driven he is for himself and our club, I think a week of him at the training ground was enough for the players to start doing the right things. Premier League experience and an undoubtable knowledge of the leagues. 27 years since he started at Wimbledon, bit more influence than KF's similar in Belgian 3rd tier youth teams and so forth. Well done to them all, but we're lucky to have JE I'll say that much.

Someone's hand was forced by injuries today. Crying out for a holding player in midfield since Kashi has been unavailable. Diarra was different class and let the others push on and play.

Personally you don't need a UEFA "A" License to work out the bleedin obvious

I still want a replacement manager but the tactics were spot on today and especially full credit for this quote as well.

KF does deserve credit . Whether it was his plan or Euell's KF has the final say and listened. I was so pessimistic before the game but when I saw the way we were lining up I did have a little hope. So much better than Luzon's rigid and sterile 44 2 .
Is it really that clever to play our one outstanding player in a free role? well to most no, and at least KF got that - Luzon never did!

No way he said that himself SURELY. Got to be the social media team taking the piss out of the Massives.

I could honestly just throw myself out of the window after reading that. How many times did I hear similar analogies re Luzon and Peeters?

Let's all throw a f***ing party and offer him a 10-year contract on the come-down...

He did say something about a massive win. You've got to give it to him. He knows that much about our recent history.

JJs autobiography should lift the lid. I hope he starts writing it now.
  • On a day of protests. Team on a bad run of form against a team in form. When I saw the team sheet definately thought we was up against it especially with the bench looking so young.
The management and team does derserve credit to produce a performance like that. We didn't just chuck together the 11 fit players and play predictable 442. We seemed to have a system where the players were comfortable, confident. The players looked totally different from previous games. We didn't fluke it or have a homer ref we bossed it and in a different style and that's what impressed me.
THD coming on looked like he was the clubs best full back. Lookman seemed full of confidence coming on. The players seemed to respond big time and I'm willing to see if KF and JE can carry this on over next few games. If they can I'll be happy for them to continue.
I know you can't judge on 1 game but if we are getting results and team are responding well to the management I don't think we should rush into changing again.
On another point the fans were great yesterday and definately gives players that bit extra imo.

If we'd got thrashed KF would have been blamed. We win well and he gets no credit. Colin is right on this one.
  • Don't know about KF, but I'd feel a lot more comfortable with Curbs as director of football with final responsibility for player recruitment.

With the possibility of Symonds getting the boot at Fulham, Curbs may be looking for a new job

Curbs didn't win a lot of matches towards the end. Too defensive for much of the time.

He has been left behind in recent years.

Yeah, with our stunning midfield of Matt Holland, Bryan Hughes, Darren Ambrose & Jerome Thomas we should have been ripping the likes of Arsenal apart. Pathetic Curbs.

It was reported that the players could easily hear the chants of the protesters whilst they were warming up.
If anybody deserves credit for motivating that side to victory yesterday it was the fans.
    That's it.

From outside the tannoy seemed to be on full volume around 2:30. Glad to read that we could still be heard from inside the ground.

Charlton life is pretty weird sometimes, one person writing a post which undeniably has a lot of truth in it and lots of people scorning and laughing just because of who posted it.

... And then someone else will post the exact same thing and everyone will bow down and agree. It's a little pathetic and borderline bullying.

Back to the post, I agree with Colin. KF deserves credit and so does JE as well as the other chap. They got the tactics spot on and gave the team motivation to win.

We don't know. But, intriguingly, it's the same date upside down.

In the same way that Colin upside down spells arsehole.

I take it you've been on the piss looking at the time of posting. He deserves credit for one game, nothing more and I didn't say that.
