Flash, a night game, in front of the covered end, edge of the box, back to goal, surrounded by defenders, somehow managed to turn and lose the lot of them and place the ball in the back of the net...

    I know the goal you refer to. Was it against Sunderland ? Possibly a Saturday winter game, so it would have been dark in the 2nd half.

    I think it was a 3-0 midweek win against Cambridge or Colchester but in the mists of time it's just the goal that really sticks in the mind
