  • Interesting. Maybe with Ba suspended, and Cousins still inured (?) they feel Diarra is essential for midfield, and if one of Bauer or Sarr was to get injured, they can't move Dairra back into defence?

Most probably this is the main reason.

  • He played left back quite a bit while fraeye was here last , so that's a possibility

Yet we've already got Bergdich / Fox / Holmes-Dennis who can play there so even if its Solly injured (Unless its Solly and Bergdich maybe?), you've still got a backup for that position...

Reckon Diarra will remain at Centre-Mid for the season (has to for me), and they want Lennon back as the new Third choice Centre-Back

    That was for Powell.
  • I'm really pleased for Harry that he's done well and enjoyed his time at Gillingham, I really hope he can kick on with us.
  • We have Dooley who can also play there. I guess it is a cheap way to enlarge the squad with someone whose abilities you have aleady used in the past. Hope Harriott is back in 6 weeks.

Gillingham 3-0 at Coventry already, clearly they're missing Lennon today!

    Make that 4!
  • 10 minute hat trick for Coventry's Murphy. Impressive.

    Nope.

Jacob Murphy and his twin brother Josh, has suffered because Norwich got promoted ! Both caught my eye in the youth cup final a couple of years ago.

Both are beginning to make their mark on loan, with the twins both getting MOM at Coventry and MK Dons yesterday.

  • Wyn Grant's blog linking him with a move to Glasgow Rangers

And given Roly Douchebag's track record in these matters a cash offer of half a mil or more will see poor old Harry shipped out faster than we can say blinkered belgian bastard. Quite where Rangers will have got their hands on that sort of cash should interest the SFA, mind.

HL is exactly the sort of talent we should be hanging on to and nurturing for Charlton's longer term benefit.
Not only might he realise £Millions in potential, but if he has a couple of decent seasons playing in the English 2nd division before progressing upwards he'll be the best advert to the generation of teenagers that follow and they'll be more likely to chose Charlton's academy which RD/KM bangs on about so much.

The Scottish 2nd division is obviously a step or two down from where Harry has acquitted himself so well so far this term.
  • Got a Gills fan at work...says that Gills fans are blaming us for the loss.

When don't they blame us for something?

Why ? Because we recalled OUR player ?
