who will join us in League 1(not division1)

I fancy Bolton and Rotherham to take the remaining places - Leeds must be in with a shout!

  • Cheer up, it might not happen.
  • Leeds will be ok - got the go ahead to buy out their lunatic owner, plus they've appointed a loathsome but competent manager with plenty of experience of English football.

Bolton look doomed, reckon Rotherham might get themselves above MK.
  • Division 1? What have you been smoking? There's no chance at all of us getting promoted.

Sorry but yes it will and by February and quite frankly the more we know about RD and KM the more I fear that relegation may be only the tip of the iceberg in terms of this Clubs woes.
  • Ok admittedly it's a big might, why do I take football so much to heart, I wish this bleeding owner cared about us.
  • MK Dons all day long. They are nearly bad as us.
  • Me.................at the away games.
  • Out of interest do old people use terms like division one to annoy the young or out of sheer lack of mental ability? ;-)
  • Can't quite believe we're not bottom, though it won't be long.

  • Bottom by Christmas doubt we will get much higher than that.
  • Fleetwood
    Gillingham
    Oldham
    Bury
    Port Vale
    Shrewsbury
    Burton unless they get promoted

Probably not Sheffield United as they will come good.
  • I Don't care - just as long it's not the Belgium bastards.
  • Polish Pete...
  • Why do people refer to the third tier as "division one" ?

Just so long as Carlisle United come up from League Two next season... a match in April / May up there would be very nice thank you

    I'd prefer it midweek.

Winning the title in front of a coachload would be novel.
  • ...a bunch more network nobodies.... oh, you didn't mean that did you?
  • Too depressed to think about it
  • Please stop calling it Divison 1. It is NOT and I repeat NOT Division 1. It's is called League 1. Even that is silly. But it is certainly NOT Divsion 1. It used to be Division 2. But to all intents and purposes it's actually Divison 3. But it's NOT Divison 1. Really gets on my tits when people call it Division 1.

  • You don't have to be Pedantic to be a CAFC supporter ?

    but it helps.

I tend to call it the 3rd tier because League 1 sounds wrong.
