I'm amazed how globetrotting some footballers are

Amazes me. Yesterday he's in Birmingham and today he signs for a Greek club. I couldn't live like that.

But you live in Bromley so of course you can't think of moving anywhere else
But if you lived in Sidcup or Eltham..............................1 -
I could... and maybe do
Plus... comsider the cash0 -
The experts say (and I believe them) how hard it is for foreign footballers to arrive in a new country and settle down, find schools, get the family settled, etc, so it seems bizarre how a player can juggle clubs in England and Greece. I can't believe Panthessalonikios, with the state of the Greek economy, can offer anywhere near the wages he would have wanted from Villa, though on the bright side nobody pays taxes in Greece0

Greece borders Bulgaria, maybe not as much of a random choice as it first appears.2

I've done London to Chicago to Paris and back to London in three days before (for work). Was a bit mental and couldn't do it all the time.0

He's already got more money than he can ever spend, so I don't think it's that Siv. I think MrLargo is nearer the mark, a quick look at the atlas shows the town of his birth isn't that far away from Thessaloniki, home of PAOK.Siv in Urumqi said:I could... and maybe do

A guy named Mark Burke is the only Englishman on the list. Apparently he's played for 10 clubs in 6 different countries.0 -

I wonder if Berbatov is planning on using this so he can stay in Birmingham.The_President said:

This was about six years ago and whilst the technology was there, it wasn't anywhere near as advanced as it is today.The_President said:

I could definitely do it. If I was a professional footballer I'd definitely be taking a contract in as many countries as possible. Sounds like a major perk of the job.0
