    I have it.

Went to the London Podiatry Centre in Lewisham, by the old bingo hall. They are the podiatrist for Charlton and Arsenal (or were) and other football clubs. Brilliant, paid about £400 ten years ago for a complete look at my feet. Was given inserts, which I still use, and it went away almost immediately.

    Best money I ever spent.

Also another satisfied customer of the London Podiatry Clinic. As recommended by my Ars*nal physio ex-bruv-in-law.

    Cheers Henners.

I only weigh 74kg, so my weight isn't the issue.

Will give some insoles a try, pharmacy tomorrow it is.

You saying Henry is a fat bastard ?

He was. Typical abuse from Dazsler.

I was trying to be helpful by suggesting that your diet ie the type of food you eat might be an issue and he throws it back in my face.
Ha no the doctor said that it's more common in overweight people so actually assumed Henry was calling me a fat bastard lol
  • Cheers guys guess it will be a podiatrist then!

So I was given insoles and even now months on it's still ongoing. It's madness.

It is actually slightly better since i've been trying to ignore it, continuing normal activity levels, with jogging and football back in my life.... but it's definitely still there.

Today for example is one of the bad days.
  • For the oldies amongst us, this used to be called 'flat feet'

I've had it, it's a fucker. Insoles helped me when I was running

Flat feet or fallen arches is a different condition
  • Avoid the Andy Carroll lifestyle - he had the same problem!
