  • Walking into the kitchen at work in the afternoon to make a cuppa and noticing a large amount of savoury leftover food has been left there following a likely lunchtime meeting.

The bonus being that I'm first on the scene before the the other like-minded vultures so can attempt to neck as many Sarnies and sausage rolls etc before the word gets out.

    Happy Friday me.
  • Putting a load of old manky savoury food into some random work kitchen and seeing which vulture gets there first.
  • A smile off a parrot, a little drop of claret...................

It took me a while to realise this isn't a euphemism.
  • Finding £30 in the pocket of a coat I've not worn for a while. It might not even be my coat, but it's my £30 now.
  • The mrs being on her hen do this weekend. Means I get a pre-stag 3 days on the lash before my actual stag. Marvellous.

  • Spring. I love waking up at the weekend at this time of the year when the sun's out. Still a bit nippy but great to see the daffodils in the garden with the sun shining.

    This.
Sometimes you get a bit jaded with your record collection, then shuffle hits you with some mind blowing segue of tracks that really hits the spot
