England Vs Italy

Hart; Clyne, Smalling, Jagielka, Gibbs; Jones, Henderson; Delph, Walcott, Rooney (c); Kane

Assuming it's Jones in midfield judging by the punctuation... What's that all about?

The Phil Jones can play football myth continues then. Still trying Wayne Rooney somewhere other than upfront is baffling as well.

Jones DONE by Chiellini, jesus christ.
  • Jones is lost in midfield. Bloke is clearly a centre back so why stick him in there???

Embarrassing how he got done for the goal by their centre back!

Yeh, I tipped the local Mafia off that when they heard half a dozen brain dead yorkshire twats blast out the theme from the Italian Job in the Piazza Statuto, that was the signal we were going to knock off the Banca di Torino...

Nowhere near enough class in England's midfield.

Clyne has been shocking. So many misplaced passes, makes Solly and Fox seem world class.

Yeah I agree. Quite like this current England squad. More like a club side.

Get in, what a quality goal.

Away in Italy, and we could easily in another night have had 5 or 6 goals

Bit flat in the first half but much better in the second. With a bit of luck we'd have had 3-4 goals.

    Entertaining game as well.

Kudos to Roy for sorting the formation out at half-time.
