Lepoint. Unlike most I thought he looked very promising when he made his debut and set up a goal. Thought he showed again that he can make a positive contribution and could prove useful.
Henderson - 7 Stayed positive from Forest's dangerous corners. Wilson - 6 Thought he did ok against a decent winger. Nice run and pass for Bulot's goal. Fox - 8 Very good again. Shows an excellent touch but it was his covering & positional play that caught the eye. Gomez - 8 Positional play was spot on and so was his calmness on the ball. Diarra - 7.5 Did a very good job and held his position well. Tired towards the end but overall showed his class. Harriott - 5 Gave it a go but looked out of sorts. Buyens - 8 Class performance and covered a lot of ground to close down the extra man in the Forest midfield. Cousins - 9 As others tired Cousins grew stronger. Ability and desire. His best Charlton performance perhaps? Bulot - 8.5 Worked so hard when switched to the right to help contain Antonio. Made vital interceptions and was positive throughout. Great goals. Vetokele - 7 The effort was there but was empty after about 70 mins. His touch went a bit with tiredness. Watt - 8 Carried enough threat in the first half to get us off to a start. His corner cameo at the end was both entertaining and vital. Bikey -7 Did a very solid job. Some good headers, one excellent block and nipped in to snuff out danger. Eagles - 6.5 Carried a threat but lacked a real cutting edge. Tried but couldn't cope with Antonio's pace and strength so had to swap wings. Le Point - One nice pass to keep an attack going, one nice control and lay off for a shot and one header away from our box. A good option to bring on so late (he would've had 10 mins if the ball had gone out of play).

I wonder what his best position is! Bulot - 8 A big slice of humble pie here. Last game I saw (Norwich) I suggested this Bulot might be stealing a living. Definitely showed his class last night. Great free kick and great 2nd goal. What impressed me most though was the help he gave Gomez in defence last night. Vetokele 7.5 - No goal threat last night but defended from the front and run his socks off. Watt 8 - Won the free kick. Involved in the 2nd. Worked hard and is a class above what we have seen for a few years at the Valley. Bikey 7 - Could have sulked but came straight in and showed he still has a part to play in the rest of the season. Eagles 7 - Always an outlet wanting the ball all the time.

Bikey - 7.5 - solid when brought on; ensured the defence not disrupted by a reshuffle Eagles - 7 - direct play, a couple of creative ideas didn't come off but the drive is there to see in comparison with Harriott
Henderson - 6.5 Not as commanding as he has been. Put under a lot of pressure, and blocked from coming for crosses. Stuck with it, and gets extra point for bravery. Kept going even after getting his bad shoulder flattered.
Wilson - 5.5 Was given a torrid time by Antonio. Sat off him far too much. Was exposed with a lack of pace. His "assist" also took a massive deflection.
Fox - 8 Well done Foxy! Not only didn't put a foot wrong, but was given a huge vote of confidence by Luzon when Bulot was moved to help Gomez against Antonio. Luzon obviously thought he could cope on his own, and he did.
Gomez - 7.5 What a player Joe is already! Comfortable on the ball, and, again, given a huge vote of confidence to be moved over to cover the dangerous Antonio. Not everything went right, but we must not forget he is only 17!
Diarra - 7.5 Played out of position, but you wouldn't believe it. Strong in the tackle, strong in the air, the rock around which the youngsters could perform. One clearing header in the 1st half that was unreal in its execution.
Harriott - 4 Not a pass went where it needed to go. Not a cross or shot of any value. Comedy gold when he seemed to trip over a blade of grass. However, it was the kind of moment which often results in bad injuries. I fear that Callum may be out for some time. And I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
Buyens - 8 Excellent display. Helped out defensively with some good gang tackles. Drove us on with his neat passing. Back to the Yoni of the start of the season.
Cousins - 9 Absolutely bloody awesome display. All over the pitch. I can't remember a single misplaced pass, or missed header. Helped out Gomez a few times but running through Antonio. In fact, run through any Forest players. Looked like there were 3 of him on the pitch.
Bulot - 9 MOTM. Two quality goals, one with his left, one with his right boot. Put in a good defensive shift, too, helping Gomez out against Antonio. I doubt he covered much less ground than Cousins.
Vetokele - 5.5 Looked tired, not as effective as on Saturday. Nothing really stuck for him, but still won more than his fair share of headers. When he went off, he was holding his leg like he had a hamstring problem. I hope not, we need him.
Watt - 7.5 Started the game like a house on fire. Culminating in the free kick which led to the 1st goal. Then drifted out of the game a little. Also a bit unlucky, often losing the ball in his forward runs due to the ball hitting the defender, rather than him losing it to a tackle. The last 3 minutes were fantastic where he, Eagles and Cousins made mugs of half the Forest team.
Bikey - 6 Looked almost back to his best. Being dropped seems to have re-focused his mind.
Eagles - 5.5 Looked a little off his game to me. On Saturday, his performance was one of swagger and dash. This was far more conservative. Maybe I am being a bit harsh. After all, Freedman probably knows how he plays better than anyone else in the stadium.
Luzon - 10 Again. Got a cobbled together side to perform better than the sum of their parts. Made the tough decisions when needed. Also, showed great confidence in two youngsters, Gomez and Fox. Allowed a few key players, who may have been only carrying niggles, to sit with their feet up, to ensure their fitness levels.
Henderson 7 - shakey start but grew into the game and made some good saves Wilson - 6 - he is not a right back. He couldn't get to grips with Antonio and kept drifting inside and leaving him unmarked. Ddid very well for the goal though. Luzon was right to shift things around at half-time. Fox -7.5 - Good, solid performance again. Gomez 8 - Just class. Completely nulled the threat of Antonio in the second half and always looks so assured on the ball. Diarra - 7.5 - Solid, a few risky passes at the back now and again. Harriott - 5 - Needs a loan spell away somewhere I think. Not his day. Buyens - 7 - Better. Cousins -8.5 Best player on the pitch. He's just everywhere and involved in every single move and helped the back four on plant of occasions too. Bulot - 8 - Excellent free kick and a composed finish for the second. Vetokele - 7 - Worked hard but ran out of steam a bit. Watt - 8 - Cult hero. Amazed that he's only 21. Such an intelligent player and must be a nightmare for defenders to track. Bikey - 7.5 - Back to his best and helped Gomez out with Antonio - he did lose Fryatt a couple of times though which almost cost us. Eagles - 6.5 - Very quiet game but did enough to keep the ball with Watt and Bulot towards the end of the game.

And the antics in the corner was what we need. Putting one over other teams and taking the piss. Love it. Bikey – 7 solid. Eagles – 5 waiting for him to reach match fitness, then he will become a threat for us. Lepoint – caused havoc when he came on. New Guy did well tactically after being found out in first half. Pulling Wilson, and switching Eagles (who along with Harriott couldn't cope with Antonio's pace) and Bulot was a good move.
Henderson 8 - Great that he's back in the team, sure it gives rest of defence so much more confidence. Wilson 6 - Shame he was up against their best player. Fox 7.5 - Best game that I've seen him have this season. Good in the air. Gomez 8 - Brilliant in both positions, just hope that we can hang on to him for a couple more seasons, premiership class. Diarra 8 - Another class act. (Our version of Patrick Viera). Harriott 6 - Shame he twisted his ankle, doesn't hide, feel for the lad. Doesn't deserve some heavy criticism. Buyens 7.5 - Getting back to his early season form, good to see. Cousins 9 - MOM Especially 2nd half, surely a future Charlton captain, another one we must hang on to. Bulot 8 - 2 excellent strikes, can see how classy he is, hope we can sign him full time. Vetokele 8 - Appreciate all the hard work he does, great with Tony Watt. Watt 9 - Another 100% performance, if only we had had him here since August. Class wind up in stoppage time. Bikey 7.5 - Looks to be getting back to his best which is great news. Eagles 7 - Decent game a very good acquistion for us.

Eagles - 6.5 - nice touches offered more than Harriot
Wilson - 5 Just could not get to grips with the left winger. Good call by Guy to pull him off at the break.
Fox - 7 Steady. Did his job.
Gomez - 7.5 A few missed placed passes but you quickly forget he is 17. We looked so much stronger when he went to RB.
Diarra - 7.5 Did nothing spectacular but did nothing wrong. Just how a center half should be.
Harriott - 5 O dear o dear. Went off with a strained embarrassment ligament. Not at the races.
Buyens - 7 Worked hard and contributed to a good team performance.
Cousins - 8.5 Outstanding. Covered every blade of grass and bossed the midfield against a good Forest team. I wonder what his best position is!
Bulot - 8 A big slice of humble pie here. Last game I saw (Norwich) I suggested this Bulot might be stealing a living. Definitely showed his class last night. Great free kick and great 2nd goal. What impressed me most though was the help he gave Gomez in defence last night.
Vetokele 7.5 - No goal threat last night but defended from the front and run his socks off.
Watt 8 - Won the free kick. Involved in the 2nd. Worked hard and is a class above what we have seen for a few years at the Valley.
Bikey 7 - Could have sulked but came straight in and showed he still has a part to play in the rest of the season.
Eagles 7 - Always an outlet wanting the ball all the time.

Wilson - 6 - guilty of giving Antonio too much space at time, but given little help against a very good winger
Fox - 7 - Burke got the better of Fox on a couple of occasions, but mostly very assured
Gomez - 8.5 - whether central or out on the right, Gomez is so composed
Diarra 7.5 - quite slight for a centre back, but don't recall him losing a header; positionally occasionally uncertain
Harriott - 4.5 - not a lot came off unfortunately; turning his ankle when finally trying to be direct summed it up
Buyens - 7.5 - tidy, lost the ball rarely, very disciplined, and even made a couple of forward bursts
Cousins - 8.5 - very good performance, never stops running, tidy passing
Bulot - 8.5 - aside from the two goals there wasn't too much to talk about - but the two goals more than made up for that
Vetokele - 7 - good running as usual, works well with Watt but had few dangerous touches
Watt - 8.5 - a showman, creator and finisher (even if no goals today); won the free kick and played tirelessly
Bikey - 7.5 - solid when brought on; ensured the defence not disrupted by a reshuffle
Eagles - 7 - direct play, a couple of creative ideas didn't come off but the drive is there to see in comparison with Harriott
Wilson - 5.5 Was given a torrid time by Antonio. Sat off him far too much. Was exposed with a lack of pace. His "assist" also took a massive deflection.
Fox - 8 Well done Foxy! Not only didn't put a foot wrong, but was given a huge vote of confidence by Luzon when Bulot was moved to help Gomez against Antonio. Luzon obviously thought he could cope on his own, and he did.
Gomez - 7.5 What a player Joe is already! Comfortable on the ball, and, again, given a huge vote of confidence to be moved over to cover the dangerous Antonio. Not everything went right, but we must not forget he is only 17!
Diarra - 7.5 Played out of position, but you wouldn't believe it. Strong in the tackle, strong in the air, the rock around which the youngsters could perform. One clearing header in the 1st half that was unreal in its execution.
Harriott - 4 Not a pass went where it needed to go. Not a cross or shot of any value. Comedy gold when he seemed to trip over a blade of grass. However, it was the kind of moment which often results in bad injuries. I fear that Callum may be out for some time. And I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
Buyens - 8 Excellent display. Helped out defensively with some good gang tackles. Drove us on with his neat passing. Back to the Yoni of the start of the season.
Cousins - 9 Absolutely bloody awesome display. All over the pitch. I can't remember a single misplaced pass, or missed header. Helped out Gomez a few times but running through Antonio. In fact, run through any Forest players. Looked like there were 3 of him on the pitch.
Bulot - 9 MOTM. Two quality goals, one with his left, one with his right boot. Put in a good defensive shift, too, helping Gomez out against Antonio. I doubt he covered much less ground than Cousins.
Vetokele - 5.5 Looked tired, not as effective as on Saturday. Nothing really stuck for him, but still won more than his fair share of headers. When he went off, he was holding his leg like he had a hamstring problem. I hope not, we need him.
Watt - 7.5 Started the game like a house on fire. Culminating in the free kick which led to the 1st goal. Then drifted out of the game a little. Also a bit unlucky, often losing the ball in his forward runs due to the ball hitting the defender, rather than him losing it to a tackle. The last 3 minutes were fantastic where he, Eagles and Cousins made mugs of half the Forest team.
Bikey - 6 Looked almost back to his best. Being dropped seems to have re-focused his mind.
Eagles - 5.5 Looked a little off his game to me. On Saturday, his performance was one of swagger and dash. This was far more conservative. Maybe I am being a bit harsh. After all, Freedman probably knows how he plays better than anyone else in the stadium.
Luzon - 10 Again. Got a cobbled together side to perform better than the sum of their parts. Made the tough decisions when needed. Also, showed great confidence in two youngsters, Gomez and Fox. Allowed a few key players, who may have been only carrying niggles, to sit with their feet up, to ensure their fitness levels.
Wilson - 6 - he is not a right back. He couldn't get to grips with Antonio and kept drifting inside and leaving him unmarked. Ddid very well for the goal though. Luzon was right to shift things around at half-time.
Fox -7.5 - Good, solid performance again.
Gomez 8 - Just class. Completely nulled the threat of Antonio in the second half and always looks so assured on the ball.
Diarra - 7.5 - Solid, a few risky passes at the back now and again.
Harriott - 5 - Needs a loan spell away somewhere I think. Not his day.
Buyens - 7 - Better.
Cousins -8.5 Best player on the pitch. He's just everywhere and involved in every single move and helped the back four on plant of occasions too.
Bulot - 8 - Excellent free kick and a composed finish for the second.
Vetokele - 7 - Worked hard but ran out of steam a bit.
Watt - 8 - Cult hero. Amazed that he's only 21. Such an intelligent player and must be a nightmare for defenders to track.
Bikey - 7.5 - Back to his best and helped Gomez out with Antonio - he did lose Fryatt a couple of times though which almost cost us.
Eagles - 6.5 - Very quiet game but did enough to keep the ball with Watt and Bulot towards the end of the game.
Henderson 7.5 commanded his area
Wilson 6.5 looked short on confidence but half for the assist
Fox 7.5 saw a lof of the ball
Gomez 8 was our best defender
Diarra 7 steady
Harriott 5 looked very short of confidence

Fox - 7 played well but as he does makes mistakes. one of which nearly led to a goal. even half the forest fans thought it was in.
Gomez - 7 - first half great centre defence. second half full back against best threat who was causing wilson so much problems. real battle which 60% of the time the winger won.
Diarra - 7 played well. however watch this space... soon to be our very own Yaya toure!
Harriott - 3 - poor.
Buyens - 7 good game. Doesn’t move forward with the ball much which is what we were missing in the middle. That’s why watts run to lead to the free kick made so much difference.
Cousins – 9 MOM – even though he didn’t score.
Bulot – 8 great goals.
Vetokele – 6 struggled against their centre back.
Watt – 7 great run to lead to the free kick for ist goal. And the antics in the corner was what we need. Putting one over other teams and taking the piss. Love it.

Wilson 4 - Poor again from Laurie; gave Antonio too much respect
Fox 6.5 - Solid game and starting to get better; dealt with tricky winger Burke quite well
Gomez 7.5 - Middle, or wide, looked classy and handled Antonio in 2nd half very maturely
Diarra 7.5 - Seemed to stroll through the game without too much trouble
Harriott 4 - Chucked in at the last moment, he wasn't best suited to doubling up on Antonio and dealing with the full back who was always open.
Buyens 8 - Good game from Yoni, always available and pushing forwards, with excellent defensive duties bar one occasion when turned too easily
Cousins 8.5 - Getting better and better, top top game

Vetokele 7 - Ran himself into ground, just hope he can play Saturday...?
Watt 7 - Some great work coupled with some sloppy stuff. Loved the additional time skill set but hope that he wasn't kicked out of Saturdays game as a result.
Bikey 7 - Beast is back; comfortable, in control, and responsible.
Eagles 6.5 - Not bad after a five hour journey meant he couldn't start in the team. Unlucky with some late shots.
New Guy did well tactically after being found out in first half. Pulling Wilson, and switching Eagles (who along with Harriott couldn't cope with Antonio's pace) and Bulot was a good move.
Wilson 6 - Shame he was up against their best player.
Fox 7.5 - Best game that I've seen him have this season. Good in the air.
Gomez 8 - Brilliant in both positions, just hope that we can hang on to him for a couple more seasons, premiership class.
Diarra 8 - Another class act. (Our version of Patrick Viera).
Harriott 6 - Shame he twisted his ankle, doesn't hide, feel for the lad. Doesn't deserve some heavy criticism.
Buyens 7.5 - Getting back to his early season form, good to see.
Cousins 9 - MOM Especially 2nd half, surely a future Charlton captain, another one we must hang on to.
Bulot 8 - 2 excellent strikes, can see how classy he is, hope we can sign him full time.
Vetokele 8 - Appreciate all the hard work he does, great with Tony Watt.
Watt 9 - Another 100% performance, if only we had had him here since August. Class wind up in stoppage time.
Bikey 7.5 - Looks to be getting back to his best which is great news.
Eagles 7 - Decent game a very good acquistion for us.
Lepoint n/a - But had time to put in a decent cross for Tony Watt and so much better than cameo against Rotherham.
