Almost another screamer. Cousins 7.5 - The real engine roomer Buyens 6 - Although he did play a few nice passes, he did seem to give the ball away quite a lot Bulot 7 - Great goal. A constant PITA on the left wing Watt 8.5 - First goal all thanks to him raping Wigan's CB. Held the ball up well. Vetokele 9 (MOTM)- Outstanding. Lost count how many times he left the defenders for dead. Never lost the ball. Brilliant performance.

Otherwise we didn't see too much of his offensive skills as the team tended to be generally looking to move the ball to the right. Very responsible defensively. Quite a few things didn't quite come off for him, but should be more to come Vetokele 7.5 Excellent goal - although close in, IV had quite a bit to do in his leap and in adding power to a cross that came to him slowly. MOTM Gudmmusson - 7 Quieter than usual but still provided unselfishly for Eagles Bulot - 8 Good engine as well as a goal and an assist. Buyens - 6 Not his day, not helped by early booking after Fox beaten, never hid Cousins - 7.5 Assured and all action, in position I feel he needs to play Watt - 7 Pitch never helped his game but still a treat and strong as an ox Vetokele - 7.5 Always a threat and a great climb and header for the goal.
Sorry lancs, but must say to Love child, that if your father was playing instead of say buyens, and a fit Wiggins instead of Fox(who is giving his all) this team would be a top 6 side.

Interesting that nobody has mentioned the arm flailing between Luzon and Cousins when he came off, and how Tony Watt refused to look at Luzon when he came off too...

Shortly before he was subbed Cousins made a thunderous block and couldn't quite run off the after effects. Didn't strike me as upset when he went off. Don't find it strange at this stage as you appear to be the only one who noticed it.
