For me it's just a whistle stop tipsy turvy league where you are either fighting for a top two slot. Fighting to get in the playoffs or fighting relegation. There's very little middle ground. The board seem to be getting our league confused with the premier league.

The nearer a club is to the bottom right corner the more we can say that it is established (so that's Ipswich with their history of mid table finishes and play-off failures sorted). The nearer a club is to the top left the more confidence we can have that their stay is quite transitory (Bournemouth & Blackpool). The majority, including Charlton, are stuck in the bottom left corner indicating that it's a constantly shifting division and that any team is just as likely as the others to pass through quite quickly. Or, to use carly burn's words, "it's just a whistle stop tipsy turvy league where you are either fighting for a top two slot. Fighting to get in the playoffs or fighting relegation. There's very little middle ground".
