Luzon ought to contribute to the post match thread, his comments are like a bloke watching a team he knows nothing about, and gives an opinion on how they played the game.
Like does he have any influence?
Yeah he does I forgot he picked Bulot to play.
Hold on, Bulot is on loan from Standard Liege isn't he? Nah Seth don't get all arsey, Bulot was picked simply because he was the ideal choice for the game as decided by.......hang on I need to think this Bulot thing through again...Liege Player....bit of exposure.....transfermarkt.......but tonight Charlton actually needed his brilliance.....wibble........wobble........
I feel inspired by his comments and am confident the players would be too. In the first half we wanted it too much. Lesson for the season, we need to put less effort in if we are going to get out of this.
Gosh I can remember when we used to win games when we weren't really bothered. We used to have a right apathetic lot..
“I think in the first half we want it too much. We run too much but with passion but without organisation"
Shouldn't you have been the one to organise them then Guy?
Clearly out of his depth. Not based on this comment but I said from day one he and Charlton just do not fit together.
I'd have more confidence if he seemed to get a job on merit anywhere. No one seems to want to employ him outside clubs where his family members or agent are influential. We are finding out why!
Guy seems to be an even more clueless, charmless version of Marc Wotte.
The main problem, this time around, is that he's managing us rather than a rival for the drop
Youre all getting so boring! Makes reading this site a chore.Cant you try and see some positives and judge each game on its merits rather than trot out the same old nonsense come what may?
We were playing Norwich, an in form side racing up the league and we are as low as low can get confidence wise, got off to a reasonable start but conceded first and that set the tone for the first half. Yet, this team who allegedly 'dont give a shit' came out after the manager's (who they allegedly dont like) teamtalk and turned it around. We scored two goals (both strikers) FFS. Thats something to celebrate on its own these days!!!! Ok so we lost out to a late goal but these things happen when on a run like ours. At least we looked like we wanted to get a winner and the players looked pretty distraught at the end (considering they allegedly dont care)
On to Brentford and a much needed win. Watt & a rejuvenated Igor up front to give us a threat and surely Bikey and TBH cant play that badly again.
I love how the News Shopper couldn't even be bothered to try to translate what he said in some form of English that makes him look like he knows what he's doing of!
To be fair, there aren't that many journalists in the world, let alone at the ns, good enough to achieve that.
Leaving the quotes verbatim does really help them come across as the clueless dribble they are. If he genuinely believes half of what he says then we are in deeper shit than I already through we were.

From where I was sitting the first-half was men against boys. We ran around and chased everything down, mainly watching Norwich pass the ball to feet endlessly while we hoofed it when we got it. We didn't have a shot on goal until after the break when, agreed, we played much better, but on the evidence of the first half we haven't a hope of staying up. There are too many sub-standard players in the squad and a manager that seems unable to do much about it.
Quote of the night. “I think in the first half we want it too much. We run too much but with passion but without organisation." Er. Well, if the team lacked organisation, isn't that Luzon admitting he hasn't done his job properly?
I think the problem @Taxi_lad is not that people are determined to moan about every game but that we are plain awful every game so the comments after each one are bound to be similar.
Sure we scored two, both from strikers and most people have acknowledged that, it was the one ray of light and the only thing that gives me the slightest hope we will stay up.
Norwich are an inform team but they are not that good. We can convince ourselves Boro was a free hit, Norwich were realistically in too good a run of form and same for Brentford but whilst we carry on losing we fall ever closer to the relegation spots.

You have to be kidding, the two goals yes good for the strikers but they just covered the cracks in an awful display, tactics wrong, players playing in wrong positions and to me SOME of our players don't give a shit " shout out to bulot , buyens, bikey" the clubs in turmoil massively.

I thought we started quite well, looking to close down and were forcing Norwich, who are a good side, into going backwards a lot and also making mistakes. Bassong made several in the opening 15 minutes through our hard work.
Norwich then also began to close down quickly, Solly makes a mistake and we are 1-0 down. It completely knocked the stuffing out of the players and the crowd. Then we start hiding, balls back to the keeper and all the confidence has gone. With our record at this time, one moment in a match can set the whole side back completely. I think we should still expect some heart and fight for the whole 90 minutes though.

Dont agree with opinions of others so label them boring. Nice one.
Just fuck off all off you, RD, The Liar, The Luzer. Just go. Do you have no shame? You are all a disgrace to my football club.
In your own words Greenie. Move on. That's what we were told in August.
I assume you are referring to my defence of Roland? But you see, some people are intelligent enough to give a new owner a chance (all the initial doubters had no idea if RD's ideas would work, if they say they knew he would fail then they are liars) and as I said I will support RD and his ideas until he gives me reason not too. He was right to sack Powell, however now he is so wrong with his business model that unless we do something we will be relegated, so now is the time to shout.
Were the fans really replying to Norwich chants of "We're Norwich city, we score when we want", with "You're nothing special, we lose every week"? If so in a really sad way that made me laugh.
As he likes to rotate it will be interesting to see who he plays at the weekend and also when he thinks the likes of Lepoint and Johnson will be ready.
It did sound like we changed in the second half with Watt actually trying to attack. if he can form a decent partnership with Vetokele who knows we might just survive this if we can get goals. Norwich are no push over so the positive for me last night was definitely that both Vetokele and Watt have broken their run.

Took over in 24th place. very calm, had to play 3 games a week with small squad. kept us up.
Or do you mean bad fit for Roland, because he did'nt play network players either?
