Spares for tonight thread.

As much as this is for myself, it is also for other members.

If anyone is actually serious in boycotting the Valley after recent situations. Then post your spares in here for other members to benefit. For those looking. Post how many you are looking for.

Myself - 2or3 tickets.

Thanks

  • According to Paulie, there are 6,000 spares for tonight. This is gonna be the longest thread ever.

    (Or is it ? )

I'd rather give money to someone on here than more in Rolands pocket.
  • Have already given up mine for this evening, but the thread is a good idea for future games.
  • I just bought one from the ticket office but still nobody on here has clarified if I am allowed to buy a beer and some food in the ground or not ?

Yeah you can, from the concourses, for years....
  • You can borrow my ticket. I'll meet you outside the ground at 19:30 and hang around until you're done at approx 21:30.
  • Brilliant idea.

All the boycotters can get a win/win situation.

They can help out fellow fans who may struggle to buy ticketes on a match by match basis and prevent any further money going into RDs pockets.

Bit late for tonight, but any tickets available for Saturday as I have a colleague coming to the game?
  • I'm not going. I have three season tickets here, one an adult, one an U11 and one a senior.

However, as I'm not going I won't be at the ground so unless the club have a system for allowing season ticket holders to have 'replacement' tickets available at the ticket office I've probably just wasted my time writing this, and your time reading it!

Thanks Addickted, thought it could be an idea on a game per game basis. No harm for anyone asking or offering.

Unless it's to far for a member to pick up?

Have a guess where he lives ? :-)

There is that but I'd be, something, of a fool to, literally, hand three season tickets over to a complete stranger that knocks on my front door wouldn't I?

If it was someone I know then maybe, but a complete stranger? Not so much!

That's ridiculous, if you're not going to the game they could give you the season ticket back through the railings as soon as they've gone in, and you could be on your way by 7:31!

    ;-)

From a previous season ticket, I have just handed over the voucher before. If you have a voucher (and an idea of where you're sitting) then usaully it's fine. You could argue if they said anything that it's so you don't loose your season ticket.

I did think of that, but they'd never be able to find my empty seat without the instructions on inside cover :)

Well, in that case I'm more than happy to hand over the vouchers to anyone that wants to drive down to Maidstone before kick off.
  • Too far for me @kings hill addick but hopefully someone is near. I would but may of been offered something good from @itsmyball :) Plus after work is hard with trafic that way.

So if anyone is near Medway/Maidstone etc and need spares for tonight, contact @kings hill addick .

I'll be keeping up this thread, as long as others are happy with the option?
  • I gave my voucher only, with instructions written down as to where the seat was. I always rip my voucher out and hand it over, have never been asked to show ST yet, so hope it won't happen tonight. If anyone wants to do the same why not find someone who wants ticket and ask them to send an s.a.e. with payment, or whatever, then you can post the voucher/ticket to them. All by pm, of course. Would need advance planning, not on the day, but its possible.

  • I don't have a season ticket nor a ticket for tonight's match or have any intention to go so there is at least one seat going spare.
  • I'm afraid I've already donated my ticket for tonight the rest of the season..........
  • Can you buy tickets on the door today?
