Apparently Gomez played the holding role in front of the back four when he came on? If so that is laughable. Have we not recently signed two defensive midfielders?
First one because Vetokele had been a awful recently and even lazier than Harriott, second one because Lepoint and Veljkovic have been here for less than a fortnight combined so them in central midfield together would be idiotic to say the least. Defender on at the end to hold onto the lead, not Luzons fault we can't deal with that kind of ball, it's happening all season long
Watt on Vetokele off (and he left Harriott on) Lepoint on Veljkovic off (and he left Buyens on)
Then with 2 minutes to go he sits back changes fotmation brings another defender on and surprise surprise they score.
First Charlton manager to defend a lead by bringing on defensive players and then concede a goal in injury time since we were formed in 1905!! Luzon out.

Never said that and if you looked back you would see I moaned at Powell doing that all the time
I agree with Paulie on the first two subs. Would have left Vet on with Watt, got to see how they get on together. Two genuine strikers together against a poor Rotherham team. Harriot tried harder than Vet but he is just not a striker.
The lad from Spurs was doing ok, not great but kept shape and did nothing wrong, Buyens had a very poor game once again.
As for Gomez, that was not such a bad change and actually he made a great tackle near the end after their goal to stop them breaking for a second.

Watts, Le Point.....
I should have posted this in players marks.
First sub was completely justified due to Vetokele's (non) performance.
