    The Roxy was a real dive, downstairs cellar, sweaty walls, low stage, everyone out of it on drink or drugs ...and I saw some great gigs down there :smiley:

    Also a lot of dross but it didn't cost much to get in and there were always 3 or 4 bands on, so who cared!

    Good memories.

    Yes, was pretty dingy but as you say, some great groups played there...
