Its possible it was neither/both, you get in that position you're told hard and low across the box. If it finds the corner, or a team mate, or the keeper parries it out then happy days

I was in line with the 6yard box sitting in west-upper still think it was offside when the cross came in .
Offside ? Well Igor had a defender behind him who surely would have moved to mark him if he had just been standing there, I imagine he came in on the blind side just like against Birmingham. Quality striker.
