At the weekend. There is another thread somewhere discussing it.

    Goal was last weekend

Pete came off the bench to score Sint-Truiden's sixth against White Star Bruxelles

  • For a young man who will never make a player that wernt bad eh

    Pp will come good
  • Got 5 in 9 for them. Anyone seen him play? He's 6ft 3 might be the hold up player we missing?

Having been over there pre season and seeing the st truden team, they are no where near championship level. Polishpete is best there playing first team football instead of trying to break into the Charlton side only to get abused by the usual suspects :)

He will grow stronger as a player with age then will make a great addition to charltons squad.

Came here to suggest that yes, this did happen the other day, in front of the Covered End in fact

Shhhhhhh don't mention that! We are Charlton don't you know! We like to look at the greener grass over the fence :)
  • If the defender gets his head in there it's not going to be a goal. Bikey would have prevented it.

Yes but, hopefully as they would be both playing for the same side, he wouldn't attempt to.

To be honest is what I thought... PP is given so much space in the box for that goal, that had it been here the Defender would have been dropped for such a mistake in the area.

Here Defenders mark the Strikers so tightly (Unless its a nippy Striker) they're not given any time and space, is probably why George was going down a lot on Tuesday night because he's not used to the closeness and physicality
