For me I was alerted by a few things. Bob says at the moment he has to 'gamble' on youth, he didn't seem to think that is such a bad idea (neither do I) but his use of the word 'gamble' suggests to me he would not be averse to adding some more proven quality if he could....he used the term 'at the moment' so maybe he is trying to keep momentum.
Bob also said for him (and this is becoming a theme now) it is about getting points, yes playing well is desirable too, but Bob really wants those points and is clearly annoyed that we didn't get three off Birmingham City.
Bob is also eager to do well at home, I reckon for two reasons, he sensibly recognises that at home teams have the best chances of winning, but also because he wants to get the crowds up if possible, he does not shy away from the need to please your home fans.
Overall a typically impressive Bob interview, less so the journalist who asked Bob if he was worried about facing Yann on Saturday.
I have to say, before the season I was backing Bob on principle, he was the new manager and as such deserved a chance. But by now I am backing him because not only does he seem astute as a manager but his approach seems very much what I want Charlton to be.
So, for those who thought it was good news that Church was injured, (why anyone would think a Charlton player getting injured is good news), they may know realise that we may have bought another striker in, if he had gone out on loan. J Ackworth on another forum thought it was really funny

Because Acworth is representative of our support as a whole right?
Read the Church thread, there was nothing but support for him and some nice posts about how he's a bit unlucky at the moment but hopefully that will change soon.

I'm pretty sure Ackworth would've been the only one to find it funny. I know plenty have given him stick (myself included), but I would never wish an injury on the guy
