4 is still better than our first and third kits...
Exactly what I was thinking. I think its pretty smart and much more marketable than our foul orange kit. Like someone said they could do what Middlesex cc didn and promote breast cancer awareness which would enhance their reputation considerably.

Well, they'll certainly look like tits wearing it..............
This is quite funny, but I do wonder how some people really think this would affect Millwall.
Sure, they've got a larger than average percentage of neanderthals who will, no doubt, be apoplectic about wearing pink, possibly due to being insecure about their sexuality or something. However, in the main, the club will almost certainly make it a positive for their public image and for their (admittedly rare) decent fans. The idea of a link with breast cancer charities is a great idea and would be a good positive step for the image of the club. IMHO it also has a genuinely realistic chance of happening when you consider Millwall have, relatively recently, been positively vocal about testicular cancer due to the unfortunate circumstances of Neil Harris, one of their all time favourites.
The joke's a good'un, especially in the light of the Christian Dailly shenanigans from a few years ago, but don't get your hopes up. It won't destroy Millwall. It might even make them stronger.
What's wrong with pink? I'm currently sitting in the office with a crisp pink shirt on.
Most of our fans turn up in pink Ralph & Lacoste polos! I voted for option 4, although ideally I'd have it as a 3rd kit and create a link with CRUK or Breast Cancer, following on our great work with Prostate Cancer.

No doubt bought at Lewisham market.
Ouch. A cutting dig. Sorry we're all considerably poorer than you.

You're up early - is it signing on day ?
No, been out on the horse & cart collecting scrap.

You old iron.
In seriousness though - you got into work (in your pink shirt) and thought "I know what, as a Millwall fan I will log straight onto Charlton life".
I've voted for 4 but having looked at them again I don't think it will be such a bad thing. A little bit funny for five minutes but...
Didn't Everton have a pink away shirt a couple of seasons ago? I don't remember there being a big fuss when they wore pink.
Also I think they will, if necessary, they will bring out a third kit. I also think, where the joke will really be on us (and the others voting for it) that this is likely to be a massive selling shirt and will make them money, as well as giving them great publicity based on the fact that they will, no doubt, tie it into Brest Cancer - something that everyone I meet has has some, unfortunate, contact with.
I might not rush out to buy a pink Charlton shirt but, like SLL, I have had many pink shirts and ties for work over the years.
Still think it funny that other fans are 'hijacking' their vote though.

I am surprised that an outraged-on-the-behalf-of-others merchant on here hasn't yet labelled the joke some form of homophobic act.
Fantastic - if no one whose politics you disagree with makes the comment you want to froth about, pretend they did so you can be pissed off by it. You should get a job with The Daily Mail...
We are doing them a favour by voting for number 4. Numbers 3 (the faded Feyenoord) and 4 (Palermo) are fine and would be ok as an away/ third shirt for us (although obviously without the badge that is currently on them).

Still, apparently, no one likes them and they don't care.............

Number 2 is clearly the worst option.
