I'd imagine if any club were to sign him, it would be more for the publicity than any actual football ability.

Bolt was the poster boy of sprinting. His reputation was tied to the reputation of the whole sport. Athletics would have shot themselves in the foot if they found that bolt was taking things he shouldn't be.
Bolt won't have that protection in the A league.
However he won't need it because bolt is so clean he could be nicknamed Mr Sheen. There is no suggestion he would cheat or that he ever has done. He was a fine ambassador for running and he will be for football.0 -

Smudge clearly thinks Bolt was a drug cheat, The last paragraph was an attempt to avoid being sued.
Someone could look at the posters history and suggest he may have other motives for doubting Bolt, but that's not me
