At the the start of the season when we were joint 2nd favourites for relegation, I was thinking and also saw a few people on hear saying the same thing, that hopefully it means we can slip under the radar.
I just read a comment from someone at Sky saying Vetokele is now from 100/1 to 20/1 to be top goalscorer meaning he is a serious contender(Although being away for nearly 2 months at the start of next season I would not bet on him) and we are now into 12/1 to be promoted I have looked you can even get 10/1 at Coral and its 9/1 for relegation.
Does this now put pressure onto the players and will teams now coming up against us change the way the played
we seem to have gone from relegation favourites to a much harder team.
I was hoping we could slip under the radar for another month, but I suppose being unbeaten against the 3 losing Play off teams last season has changed that.

The betting odds will be totally irrelevant to how managers or players approach games v us. They were irrelevant at the start of the season and are irrelevant now as far as how other teams approach our games.
They will have scouted us, watched the videos, noticed the strengths and weaknesses etc regardless.
They will not have been scouting on Betfair, Football Manager or FIFA15
That is more than a big blow. That would change our season with the back up strikers at present.
My point was we was a unknown quantity at the start of the season, after the way we played last season, all the new signings and new manager
but now people know we are a decent side who like to pass the ball so why that change managers approach when the play us
Clubs send scouts to most games and I think, therefore, that they will have been put on alert after the Wigan and Derby games. Fans and the media take a little bit longer to catch on.
It will be very interesting to see how Watford and Wolves are set up against us. Big Bob, at the moment, seems insistent on 4-4-2 home or away ceding possession until the last third but breaking very quickly and accurately. I think we may see a lot of teams now playing a cautious 4-5-1 with a couple of defensive midfielders to stop the quick breaks.
I think we'll be frustrated with a lot of our attacks but may get several free kicks so set plays will become increasingly important.
In answer to your question, I think we're already over the radar.

;-)
That is funny though
What will change it that they now have more to go on ie five league games so they can see how we set up at set pieces (zonally), who plays were, how good Igor is and they will alter their game plans to deal with that.
At the same time we will have looked at the other sides to see what they are doing.
I doubt people will be considering us as real challengers just yet.
You have to say when he returns back from International duty he is not going to be in the best of shape.
Still I suppose it is what it is.
Better not under the radar than off the radar completely..
This was a few days before Brentford game.
The reason i changed my mind was the african nations, plus did not want him burdened with my £5.
We will need to keep evolving this season , its a good test for Bob , didn't Blackpool win their first 5 games last season?
Early days , its a long long season , as long as its more fun and enjoyable than last season , i'm happy , and thats my attitude for the season , or i'm out.
Blackpool won't win today.
;o)
EDIT:Oops, misread that as Blackpool to win today. Doh!
