The thing is, just because players aren't happy with training etc. it doesn't mean the manager is necessarily wrong. He was clearly doing something right.Super_horns said:

A shame as Sannino was doing a decent job but clearly something has gone on - the fact he quit suggest that too.
Last thing we need is an unsettled dressing room (and I believe its not just unhappy players who aren't in the side) although it hasn't affect results so far!

Well I do agree - the players went from Zola who was Mr nice guy doing little tactical work to Sannino who worked them pretty hard.
Somebody will always be upset with a manager aren't they?
From what Brighton fans suggest Garcia can be quite defensive - in that case neither the players or fans are going to enjoy that given our attacking options and rather shaky defence.1 -
