What a great Gold Cup - all the plaudits to Sizing John and connections but what a gutsy run from Coneygree. Brilliant

If he never clattered the 2nd to last fence @PeanutsMolloy I think he would of won that and considering that the others are race fit that was an immense run.

Really hope that the Bradstocks get some luck with Coneygree and that he pulls out sound tomorrow and remains so for next season. Really love to see horses like him who do it from the front.

Bob's Boy runs today at Kempton 5.45.

Perfect ground, tight track and getting lumps of weight off most of the rivals (handicap debut) - at 5/1 or thereabouts he would appear to be the proverbial each-way good thing.

    Expected to go well.

We've all just had a discussion and have concluded that a name change is called for. Form this moment forward Bob's Boy will be known as Eeyore.

So after 2 years of plenty of highs and more shares of lows the decision was taken between all of us to put Florencio in a Tattersalls auction at Newmarket. It's without doubt he has potential but the horse has a mind of his own when it comes to racing and does it on his terms which from ownership point of view isn't good enough. He was sold to Roger Fell for 11k

We have all chucked more money into the ring and will be taking the gamble on another 2yo shortly, thank you for your support and I will inform you of my new horse.

Bob's Boy runs on the flat Friday at Bath - 1m 2f Handicap (51-65). Liam Keniry takes the ride.

He should get the ground he prefers and we are all happier that he's actually running a trip that he gets (unlike 2m Hurdles!!). His only win was course and distance at Bath so we are hopeful.

We've had an offer for him but are waiting to see how he gets on this Friday!!

Laugh Aloud in the 2.35 is as near to a dead cert as you can get.

    Eminent in The Derby.

(but hey what do I know - I bought Bob's Boy!!)

How comes you fancy Eminent? Looked miles off in the guineas I thought

Probably improve for the longer trip ? Big difference between the Guineas mile and the Derby 12 f.

Didn't have the best of runs, struck into then hampered so couldn't get a clear run - only beaten 3l by what is now a dual Guineas winner. Definitely needs further and will come on for the Guineas run. Gosden in red hot form.

Venice Beach e/w isn't the worst shout in the world, if I'm honest. Some good pieces of form and has beaten a fair few of the others home, too.

Edit: can be found at 12s and 14s

I think Sobetsu EW is a bet to nothing (small profit) at 13/2 but can't see the jolly getting beat.

Eminent trained by Martyn Meade. Gosden 's main runner should be Cracksman .
