    Other than McLeod, there was a guy who played just after WW2 called Ilderton Lumle . If you want to put a manager on the bench, how about Iain Dowie? Amazingly, we don't seem ever to have had an 'Ian' play for us.

    I thought about King HV but 'Ian' wasn't his real name, so wasn't sure if he met Chizz's criteria. King's actual forenames were John Aitken.
