"With only three Premiership games left at Ewood Park this season, Rovers have announced reduced price tickets for the match against relegation battlers Charlton Athletic on 28 April, kick off 3pm.
Fans will be charged just £15 for adults and £5 for senior citizens and juniors. The announcement follows the success of similar initiatives against Bolton and Middlesbrough, which added upto an extra 10,000 to the gate.
It is the latest part of Rovers' strategy to tackle head on the issues concerning attendances. This includes seeing what effect prices have on crowds and identifying initiatives which can bring more affordable football to fans in the near future.
Blackburn's Head of Sales and Marketing, Simon Williams said: "We're doing all we can to give the team a lift in the end of season run in and we know how much it means to the manager to have a large and vocal crowd backing the players.
"Charlton will come here fighting for their survival and we are expecting a large away following so this is a big match with the result being watched around the world and we hope our fans come in numbers to enjoy the occasion and get behind the team."

I think it's gonna have to be the plane, we could all stow away in Ollie's beard!
If the planes are cheap they will sell out double quick but im not convinced we will sell 70 coaches, or even half that number.
Gotta say Blackburn is my least favourite away game, furthest journey and nothing to do when you get there.
We will drive to this one, would rather pay out on petrol than endure 14 hours on a coach.
Nothing coming back though until Sunday night which is currently £9.99
A night out in Blackburn, hmmm
Or a night out in Blackpool.... double hmmmm!
