Rang a bell with me too, but Colin Cameron doesn't list him in 'The Valiant 500'.
I think the confusion surrounds the Holy Trinity down at Vicarage Lane of Endean-Scullion-Kenning around the time of Watford's classic 1969 - 1970 cup run and shortly after.
It all ended in tears of course, when Charlton and Watford both got relegated from Division Two in 1971-72, with Charlton losing 5-0 against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road on the last day of the season to go down with the Hornets who had already been doomed for weeks. I was at Watford that day watching the death rights as the home team got a rare point at home to an already promoted Norwich City.
Stewart Scullion was definitely a colt (academy student in the modern vernacular) at Charlton but I don't think he ever made the first team. Watford snapped him up and he went on to have a successful career.
