I'd suggest buying something cheap , getting something from the club shop , wear something close like pink or burgundy . If you can't do these things don't bother going , lol only joking but I do think people should try.
Good idea but a bit out the blue, our support vs Barnsley was the best you can ask for in such a poor game we lost, colours won't make much of a difference. All on the players working out a way to beat the opposition now..:-)

Agreed, thought the atmosphere against Barnsley was actually quite good, and although the players did their best to annoy us the crowd somehow managed to remain positive. However I do think colour can make a difference in inspiring the players and creating an atmosphere. If you were to think of the grounds with the best atmosphere in Britain (anfield, celtic park etc) colour is used a lot by the fans there, be it in the shape of flags and banners or scarves n replica shirts
They're going up against the original free Charlton mag - TNT, I wish them luck! From our stall around the ground and local pubs, only 2000 but advert Free.
We'll also be doing our bit for POTY on the stall, and I shall be sporting my new red top
Ive worn the home shirt to all 9 games ive been able to go to this season and havnt seen a win. So i'll be wearing plain civilian clothing tomoro in one last attempt to see a victory!
Isn't the mosaic going to look terrible if we don't sell out, worked fine when we won league 1 but not sure about tomorrow. All up for the wearing red though, don't see why people are so fussed about wearing your team's colour.
Can we have music after any goals we score (see I can be optimistic) and get the announcer to shout out the scorers name 3 times so we can repeat it as well?
My hair's almost ginger does that count? If not the only bit of red clothing I own are socks and my days of being able to do a handstand for 90+ minutes are over. If I'm not welcome I'm happy to stay in the pub and not spoil a perfectly pleasant day as I wish I had done many a time before.
Perhaps if the powers that be (both lots) had invested in a few more players better capable of wearing a red shirt on the pitch, it might be less of an issue what colour people wear in the stands.
And if Bolton get an early goal and heads drop, then unfortunately all the colour coordination in the world isn't going to make a great deal of difference.
I will wear something red, get behind the team and be grateful for the free programme, but can't help feeling that a lack of support hasn't quite been the key factor in our current situation.
Wondered what norvern monkeys voice was booming out on that YouTube and it's good old Andy Hughes hope he gets a transfer to A Block East stand in the summer so he can Marshall the troops rather than MSE7

Need lots of singing all through the game - show Bolton we're getting behind the lads.
