Thanks for the reports. Hope that means Solly features tomorrow. Airman will be delighted to hear Koc has finally been located.
Interesting about the agent, Seth. RD seems to have a bit of an affinity with Israel, but I I cannot work out where it comes from. Can't say I am impressed with Israeli football having sat through several encounters of Israeli clubs against Plzen.
I also remember the agents dad scoring a hat trick against us on his debut for Liverpool at Selhurst. I said to him that I can see how agents are interested in the individual players and their careers, and that supporters want to see players that want to play for their clubs and get their clubs success. He got that, to an extent, and reckoned that some agents only see what he called 'dollar signs', but in the right circumstances player arrangements can be win win. His younger brother Tom Rosenthal is at Watford, but has recently broken into the Belgium U20's (or so I believe) and we discussed the notion that Diego might move. His reply was interesting in that he said brother Tom was being chased by Arsenal and Tottenham and a couple of European clubs, but that at the moment it would make more sense for him to stay at Watford at the moment, unless a top Belgium team came in for him given his recent introduction to the international stage. he suggested that for Diego, further development with us would be a good thing especially as 'English football is seen throughout the world', and moving a bit later would actually improve career prospects, and be more lucrative all round for everybody. I also spoke with another gentleman who says he is 'in the know' and Diego would be leaving because big money talks when a single injury can end a career. To that I thought 'hmmmn', he said that if RD offered Diego enough money to stay with us that he would run naked around Charlton. The gentleman also said he was at WHL when Dorian Dervite had an horrendous leg break in a reserve game, that he was up to that point (18) a wonderful player, but that the injury had changed him. Lots of gossip and chat at SL this afternoon.
Great reports, Seth. I hadn't realised that was Ronnie Rosenthal's debut at Sell-Out Park, but I do remember his hat-trick: one with his right, one with his left, and one with his head. Class.

Remember it all too well. We had a chance of a chance but Peaky over hit a pass to Williams who was clean through at 0-0, then it all went pear shaped.
Funny how Rosenthal was never that good again. What is it about Charlton that encourages people to raise their game against us? Or maybe it's that we just complete cack that night!

He scored a fantastic hat trick for Spurs at Southampton.

Wasn't it also Ronny who was clean through on goal at Villa Park empty net goalie stranded somewhere out of the penalty box & somehow managed to hit the bar ? ;-)

Obviously don't speak Italian.
Dudu Dahan is the RD affinity.
