  • Watching the stream. Every deflected shot against us goes in, we get a deflected shot and it hits the bar. Ref giving us nothing. Bad ball out by Hamer for the first goal, second offside. Knocking it about nicely, but Reza too deep. Game over I'm afraid. Should be able to give Solly 15 minutes.
  • The Brighton announcer is wearing a Hollister jacket because of the Seagull. Brilliant!
  • A killer blow, I'm afraid. Only one attempt in the first half (albeit very unlucky) and Brighton have controlled the game, without really extending themselves. The pace of Lua Lua and Lingard has troubled us and will continue to do so. Our ball retention and passing has been very poor.

I expect that Riga will take a view after an hour and make a few substitutions with Tuesday in mind.
  • Not watching a stream and sounds like we're not quite playing to our potential today but it also sounds like it's not falling for us.

A Bournemouth equaliser would mean this weekend isn't so bad in the end.

    Anyone got Doncaster/Birmingham scores?
  • Wish it was full time, only Yeovil winning, would take that now.

I'd like to see their second again, I didn't think he was off but it's still early here and I have a fuzzy head so could well be wrong.

We've been decent but have so little penetration, I feel sorry for Sordell as he's probably received two accurate passes all match, but when he's seeing so little of the ball we need him switched on and focused, he missed out on a shooting chance from Jacko's pass purely because he wasn't concentrating.

All that said though, but for a very sloppy moment and a probable refereeing error we'd still be well in this. Tough call for Riga now though - all out to recover a point, or damage limitation and protect the goal difference?

I'd consider pushing Reza up front and maybe bring Piggott on for Sordell, if we keep it on the deck Piggy could well hold it up better.
  • The matchday commentary has now cut out on player....I'm going to continue watching the stream along with everyone else...will post on here any 'major' incidents.............hopefully addicks scoring twice!!!

    Blackpool Losing
    Barnsley Losing
    Millwall Losing
    yeovil Winning

    Charlton losing
It's in our hands we need points
Need to stop relying on everyone else losing!

    Birmingham not winning......
  • Shocked (unless he is injured) to see no Obika on the bench...surely a better option than Church from the bench?!
  • Brum not playing

  • Some people really do have Charlton-tinted specs on today. Absolutley dreadful performance - seem to be playing at half pace, can't string any passes together - the stats tell the story with 38% possession and two shots (though I can only think of one) to their seven. Very, very poor. We look like we can't be bothered, or the number of games are really taking their toll. Just hope Jose's Tuesday luck holds.
  • way too open
  • Come on, we can do this.
  • Teams coming back out.....not a major incident....but without teams!!!!!!!!
  • Watching on the stream, we have had it I'm afraid...damage limitation is what we need.
  • How can Solly possibly play without any game time in however long ?
  • Doncaster drawing
Birmingham aren't playing. Must've had Wigan
  • It feels like a pre season friendly. Players wandering back out.

I think that although we are losing it is good to watch us passing it about instead of hoofing it. Brighton don't look anything special and are very lucky to be 2-0 up.

Brighton have strikers we dont thats the difference!!
Very true - 2 very good finishes & Church in those positions would wave a boot a the ball & the keeper would accept it like a backpass. watched some of the stream until the 2nd goal & now turned it off. Like Leicester, Burnley & Derby I'm accepting a 3-0 defeat - anymore & it will start to eat into our goal difference which on the final day could keep us up.

2 big games in 4 games coming up - need at least 4 points but more importantly need to beat Barnsley.

  • Harry on.....AA off

Taking our best player off for Harriott. Riga writing this game off?

Also, this is the same team that beat Leicester 4-1, so can we try not to be so doom and gloom over a result that we expected to get. With some of the negativity you'd think we were losing to Barnsley.
  • Harriot! We are saved.
  • We are f*cked today lads but we can still hope that the football Gods shine on us 2nd half...

    C'mon
  • Woeful atmosphere

  • great cross by harry...keeper drops it..no-one there!!
  • We're attacking our fans second half , I'm sure the constant wall of noise they created first half will inspire us to a come back
  • Donnie losing
