Free ticket with season ticket

Does anyone know what the procedure is for this? I have a friend that wants to come to the game next week and I haven't used either of my toe free tickets yet. Thing is I sit in the East stand and he wants to sit with a friend in the West stand. Can I do this? If I can do I have to do it in person or can I do it online, or over the phone?

If it's more effort that it's worth then I can't really be bothered. I.e. I don't want to have to drive up to The Valley over the weekend to score a fee ticket for someone. I know that makes me seem a little tight but by the time I've paid the petrol it' s not going to be 'free'.

    I used mine saturday just need to fill in the front and back of the two free tickets and go to commercial centre can even be done on day of the match, as long as its a silver game

    You get a "like for like" ticket -- if you decide to exchange it for a West Stand seat there would be a small charge which would equate to the difference in seat prices if you had purchased them outright.
    You can easily do it on the day @ the ticket window behind the West stand (on the day)-- I would suggest just exchanging for 2 East Stand seats? -- Assuming you have an Adult ticket that what you get ,, 2 more of those.
    I ve used a few this season as I have a few seasons -- been a great idea as far as Im concerned!

    Tom and I saved our four tickets for the last home game, so that six of us can celebrate our lucky escape from relegation. Simple process as has been said.

    You can only use against "Silver" games -- Watford may well be a "gold" game so pse take care on that

    Watford is silver, as i have used my one for that game.

    Just the Blackburn(h) game which is Gold I think -- just chk site.
