  • Hamer 4 His worst game this season, he flapped. did not know when not to charge out, his kicking was abysmal.
Morrison 4 All of the back four where lost, did not know what they where upto, never thought I would say this we missed Wilson as the right sided fullback.

    Ballboy 8
Steward... priceless (I loved the shrug of the shoulders 'what, me?')
  • Hamer 6 Looked jittery at times, kicking was woeful in first half
Morrison 7 Really stuck well to an uncomfortable task, looked like a fish out of water at times. Battled hard all evening
Dervite 7 Extra mark for the goal, he did not seem to gel well with wood
Wood 6 CD was certainly an area of panic at times. Not what we have become use to
Wiggins 6.5 Again an odds and sods game. Bullied at times, got forward and created at others
Cousins 7.5 Worked his socks off, not quiet as assured as Poyet, but still good
Poyet 9 Great game, some great touches, but was also prepared to roll his sleeves up and get stuck in. there were no lost causes.
Ajdarevic 8 Great goal, good all round performance, just wish he could do it for 90 mins
Jackson 7 Fist pumping captains performance. if you could combine his determination with AA touch we would have another Poyet in the team
Reza 7 Still light weight, but showed tonight that he has the skill to trouble defences
Sordell 6 Oh Marvin, first half you were like Bambi on ice, just knew you would lose the ball every time you got it. After your goal you became confident and threatening, until you were taken off. Can we have this version more often

  • Hamer 5 wins us the game one week, tries his hardest to lose us it the next
morrison 5 out of position, to much hoof ball
dervite 6.5 good header for the goal
wood 6 looked all over the place first 30,got better second half
    wiggins 7 getting better again
jackson 6.5 great leader, would rest him saturday though
poyet 9 i cant even explain the man crush i have on him, he's gonna be so good
cousins 8 thought he played really well
ajdarevic 6.5 blowing out his arse after 50 mins, nice to see him score
reza 7 good first touch, expect him to be booked for handball soon with the amount of times he grabs it when on the deck.
sordell 7 looked lively, much better option than spongey

obika- didnt fancy chasing any balls down no?
harriott- if they had scored when he failed to clear it,ww3 would of taken place
cort-good to see the big man back.I like him

  • Hamer 6 - One crucial save but patchy overall & poor distribution-
Morrison 6 - did his best out of position
Dervite 6.5 - looking solid, fine goal - but possibly at fault for their first?
    Wood 5.5 - unconvincing
Wiggins 6 - defended well but has lost his mojo going forward. needs to regain confidence in his right foot
Cousins 6.5 - ok, never stopped trying - but we need a bit more creativity
Poyet 7 - excellent 2nd half, but was sloppy in possession at times in the 1st
Ajdarevic 7 - great craft, if only he had more pace & stamina
Jackson 5.5 - largely anonymous, but last 15 mins he came to life
Reza 7 - best CAFC performance. Yes he bottled one or two but he was getting more stuck in than before
Sordell 7.5 - When we look back, was SCP's biggest failing this season his inability to get more out of Sordell? He can play, he is prepared to chase & harry (not 90 min? it's a manager's job to correct that). Often a striker needs a tap-in to reignite their season...just maybe...
  • Hamer 6
    Morrison 5
    Dervite 7.5
    Wood 6
    Wiggins 7.5
    Cousins 7
Poyet 9 What a class act MOM & Player of the year for me
    Ajdarevic 7.5
    Jackson 6.5
    Reza 7
    Sordell 6
  • Hamer 6

    Wiggins 7
    Cousins 7
    Poyet 8
    Ajdarevic 7
    Jackson 7
    Reza 7
    Sordell 7
  • Hamer 6 - made a couple of sharp saves and started a couple of quick attacks, partly at fault for goals
Morrison 4.5 - never looked comfortable out of position, slow to turn and often caught out
Dervite 5.5 - both centre backs couldn't get close to opposition on too many occasions. .5 for the goal.
    Wood 5 - see above
Wiggins 6 - looked alright going forward, especially with one run to the goal-line
Cousins 7 - good engine, a couple of great tackles
Poyet 8 - excellent short passing, showed creativity and composure
Ajdarevic 7 - very skillful, good goal, shame he can't last the full ninety
Jackson 7 - great corner for the second, good captain's performance
Reza 6.5 - won a good amount of freekicks, through trickery rather than being lightweight. Bottled second half challenge.
Sordell 6.5 - scored a goal, and made himself known, but still lacks composure and anticipation
  • Hamer 6 good apart from the shocking walkabout for their 2nd
Morrison 5 tried hard but looked like a stopper playing at full back
Dervite 7 solid and great header
Wood 6 took time to settle
    Wiggins 7 good game
Cousins 8 my MOM - made a huge difference when he moved to the right
Poyet 7.5 got the ball forward quicker tonight
Ajdarevic 7.5 premier league skill, sunday league fitness
    Jackson 7 solid
Reza 6.5 much better 2nd half
Sordell 7 beginning to see why he is the preferred man up top
  • Hamer 5.5
Morrison 6.5 (extra 0.5 for coping out of position)
    Dervite 7
    Wood 7
    Wiggins 7.5
    Cousins 7
    Poyet 8
    Ajdarevic 7
Jackson 7.5 (extra 0.5 for just being a fantastic skipper)
    Reza 7
    Sordell 7
  • Hamer 5
    Morrison 7
    Dervite 8
    Wood 7
    Wiggins 7
    Cousins 8
    Poyet 9 - consistently class
    Ajdarevic 8
    Jackson 7.5
    Reza 7
    Sordell 8
  • Hamer -6
    Morrison 6
    Dervite 7
    Wood 7
    Wiggins 7
    Cousins 7.5
    Poyet 8
    Ajdarevic 6.5
    Jackson 7
    Reza 7.5
    Sordell 6.5
  • Hamer 6 - Distribution poor but he had absolutely nobody to aim at. Riga needs to consider this.

Morrison 5 - Poor Morro, he's just not a full back. Got caught in posession a few times, thought he might get a nose bleed when he found himself in their half.

Dervite 6 - At fault for their second goal but didn't do much wrong besides

Wood 7 - I'm sure he's better with his head than he is with his feet

Wiggins 7.5 - Felt a bit sorry for him when Jackson was pushed inside, didn't allow him enough opportunities to break forward, great run to the byline in the first half that Reza should have done better with

Cousins 8 - He looked like one of the maturest players out there, a few wayward balls that I'd probably slate him for if we'd lose the game

Poyet 9 - Oh Diego, the things you do to me. By far and away the best player on either side

Ajdarevic 7.5 - Went missing a bit when he was pushed up after 25 minutes, seemed to become the target man for Hamer's goal kicks but clearly isn't a target man

Jackson 7 - Why he didn't play the full 90 out wide I can't quite understand

Reza 7.5 - Seems as though he's the sort of player that is either going to do something brilliant or lose possession. Has the unique combination of having quick feet but a crap first touch

Sordell 6 - Some generous ratings here, was in the right position for his (very easy) goal but besides that I really don't see it. His tame effort at the end of the first half where a ball over the top seemed tailor made for him. He should've used his pace, beat the last man and then buried it in the corner. Instead he seemed to slow down when he was first to the ball leaving him with no option but to shoot from 18 yards. The only thing that salvaged him a 6 was that he did manage to hold up the ball on occasion.

Obika 5 - Didn't harry the defenders and let them have too much time to launch long balls forward towards the end. Seemed to be playing wide left when he first came on. It seemed we'd targeted their RB as being weak in the air and so were sending out long balls down that way, turns out he wasn't that bad with his head.

Harriott 5 - The decision not to clear at the end may have cost us the game.

Cort 9 - At this point I was having so much fun shouting about how many centre halves we had on the pitch I'm going to give him a 9 for no specific reason
  • Hamer 5 - Started with the miscue kick due to the pitch and did not improve. A blip...
Morrison 6.5 - Poor first half but solid, and much better in 2nd half.
Dervite 7.5 - Solid and good headed goal.
Wood 6.5 - Looked rusty, but will be better for this game.
    Wiggins 7 - Involved throughout.
Cousins 7 - Got stuck in; amazing that he is still yet to be booked this season!
Poyet 8 - Old head on young shoulders; loved that he gave the old head-pat/hair tug after being pushed into the ad hoardings late on!
Ajdarevic 6.5 - Good goal, and unlucky with header, but so unfit!
Jackson 7 - Good, solid, skippers, game.
Reza 7 - Lively and great cross for winner.
Sordell 7 - Worked hard with low confidence. Good to see him score.

Morrison 7 played much better 2nd half even though he was out of position
    Dervite 7
    Wood 6
    Wiggins 7
Cousins 8 looked back to his best
Poyet 8 got forward much more
    Ajdarevic 7.5
    Jackson 6.5
Reza 8 got much more involved
    Sordell 7
  • Hamer 5 - Was not helped by the defence for the goals, but positioning seemed a bit off and his kicking/distribution in the first half was poor.

Morrison 6 - Tried in an unfamiliar position, was targeted in the first half. Looked more comfortable when Cousins was moved in front of him.

Dervite 7 - Pretty solid, and a real danger from set pieces.

Wood 6 - Like Dervite, pretty solid dealt with lots of high balls well.

Wiggins 7 - One of my favourite Charlton players, and is an excellent attacking outlet when he gets forward. Loved it when he skinned half there team in the first half.

Cousins 8 - I think his work-rate and willingness to play in all positions is unnoticed sometimes. Put in a shift, and is one of the players that can drive us forward from midfield.

    Poyet 9 - What a fucking player.

Ajdarevic 7 - Great goal, and usual swagger when he plays. Shame he cannot last the full 90.

Jackson 7 - Typical Jackson performance, loves a hard tackle.

Reza 7 - Bottled a challenge, but looks so good when we can get him into the channels with the ball at his feet.

Sordell 7.5 - Personally thought that was his best performance for Charlton.
  • Hamer 5
Morrison 5 (not his natural position and it showed)
    Dervite 6.5
    Wood 5
    Wiggins 6.5
Cousins 7 (great young player who needs some shooting practice)
    Poyet 7.5
    Ajdarevic 7
    Jackson 6
Reza 7 You can see the opposition worried as soon as he is on the ball. Great technique.
Sordell 6.5 (still need to be a proper striker for the tap ins)

Hamer 5 - Awful kicking and looked at fault for 2nd goal. Also looks like he's been taking punching lessons from Thuram
Morrison 6 - Would be 5 as he was terrible but gave him an extra point for playing out of position
Dervite 6 - Great goal but looked shaky defensively
Wood 7 - Did little wrong
Wiggins 8 - Excellent game both defensively and going forward. May have played them onside for 1st goal but would need to see replay
Cousins 7 - Decent performance but still lacks a bit of composure at times
Poyet 9 - MotM by a country mile and sad that we may only see him 6 more times in a Charlton shirt
Ajdarevic 7 - Excellent goal, quality player but all the stamina and staying power of an asthmatic old lady
Jackson 7 - legs are fucked but a cool head and excellent set pieces
Reza 8 - his best game for us. Excellent control, pace, got a shot on him and wins free kicks. Plus he's willing and able to play wide when needed.
Sordell 7 - looked a different player to the one we've seen so often this season and deserved his goal

Hamer 6 Shaky by recent standards but still pulled off one or two good saves

Morrison 6 Looked a fish out of water at times but stuck with it manfully. Definite player of the year candidate

Dervite 6.5 Well taken goal and generally solid but possibly partly to blame for second goal so loses .5

Wood 6 Ok looked a bit rusty to me but nothing particularly good or bad

Wiggins 6.5 A couple of good runs and generally good defensively

Cousins 7.5 In danger of being overshadowed by Poyet but is doing "the hard yards" putting in vital tackles, beaking play up and also showing a welcome turn of pace at times

Poyet 8 Was this chap really only 19 yesterday? As Cousins with that touch more quality hence the extra .5

Ajdarevic 7 Well taken goal and made a nuisance of himself including winding Ayling up

Jackson 6.5 Not the attacking threat he can be but a good if unspectacular midfield shift and, as a good skipper, spoke to his players at the right times

Reza 6.5 Would have been 7 but for that blatant bottled challenge. Otherwise great close control and trapping technique. Made a real nuisance of himself at times.

Sordell 7 Scored and generally put a shift in. Back to something of his Watford form. More please.
