  • Still no decent deals for 1 person travelling though, gutted as I want to attend more games but £60+ a game for trains means a no go. It's cheaper for a family with 4 kids to do the same trip than me on my own... It's a fking joke

    For the same price as a two together railcard there is the network railcard which knocks a third off rail travel in the southeast on weekends & bank holidays and knocks up to a third off weekday offpeak travel subject to a minimum fare of £13. Discount applies to up to 3 travelling companions but this is usually outdone by the GroupSave discount on 3rd & 4th.

    No use tho if you're travelling in from outside the old 'Network Southeast' region or on the few virgin services that run thru sw london.

    I'm in Devon, there is a rail card or all companies but you have to travel with others and not valid on your own.. Makes no sense at all
  • I used to have a football friend (for home games), but he left me to stay at home (thanks Blackheathaddict), so I'll he holding interviews during the summer for a replacement................
