It was much better when you could log on with your red card number and actually view the stadium plan,block,rows and actual seats. Then you could chose your seat. I spoke to a female at the box office at the start of the season and asked her where that system had gone. She said oh we have had some technical problems..I asked the same female again last week when I purchased a ticket and the reply was "We are going to try and bring it back next season". Why did it ever go? it was a great way of buying tickets...Now you fill in a form and hope you dont get given a seat behind a post..If I am paying for a seat I want to chose it. I want to look where the empty seats are and buy one...
So anyone on here connected to the club...Please feed this back. I did email in previously but had no reply.
