In 1923/24 we went 16 games without scoring 2 goals!
That's awful, but we did manage to finish that season with 38 goals, so another 12 are required to equal that. From what I can see, our worst season was 1989-90 when we scored 31. We still need another five to avoid that embarrassing record. Next milestone would be 32, which was scored by a single player, Ralph Allen, in 1934-35. The team as a whole scored 103 goals that season.
