What is the main cause? I haven't been able to get down to the valley much this season, I was wondering what people's thoughts are?

Board?
Players?
Manager?
The holy trinity?

    Players have to bear the brunt at the end of the day. They're the ones on the pitch.

    been following the commentary of the quarter finals on bbc sport, I noticed they havent had a single shot since utd scored. thats just inexcusably poor

    yes but we were never set up to go for it......weak and feeble exit.....typical Charlton never up for the big occasion.....no fight in that squad....relegation I fear
