    You don't have the corner. As you will discover Sunday. You'll be able to enter via the Westfield Corner but you will be seated on the Bramall Lane Upper tier.

    There'll also be about 800 empty seats on our South Stand (the stand to your right) and maybe a few hundred on John Streey (stand to your left). Together with seats taken up by TV cameras and such, that accounts for the reduced capacity.


    Talk about overkill. It's Sheff Utd v Charlton, not the Istanbul derby. Do they really need to leave 2k+ seats empty for segregation?

    Wait till you see the barriers to separate rival fans outside the ground. South Yorkshire police at their over the top best.

    Jessica Ennis is a lovely girl don't get me wrong but why would a football club name a stand after an athlete?

    Why not one of Alan Woodward, Alan Hodgkinson or Joe Shaw stand for instance?

    When I was a lad they seemed to be at Sheffield United for ever. Peacockesque in their longevity.
