The club
announced that the "Red, red robin" song before the game will be replaced by Abba's Waterloo, because “it is vital that in the build up to a home match we have a song that fans can sing and clap along to particularly with the introduction of the new noise-makers at every game”. And why Waterloo? "because Charlton station is on the Waterloo railway line”
I don't know wether to laugh or cry....
We already have noise-makers, what's next? Cheerleaders on the pitch? Popcorn instead of pies?
Or am I too sensitive about tradition?

lol
Damn, damn, damn.
Where is that embarrasment smiley when you need it :-)
I agree, Chas and Dave would be far more appropriate. Despite their Tottenham leanings they are East London boys just like our club.
If so, I think it would be highly appropriate to use that!
I thought only Gary Line-Aker thought we were an East End club?
Ketman uses CD's though.... all wrong
;-)
I hope that you got the slight tinge of sarcasm I applied in that post Oggy!
