The ref on saturday

was apparently seen on Charlton station (London bound platform) less than 5 mins after blowing the final whistle...apparently had an escort up there and was away as quick as he could, not even getting changed ?

anyone confirm this ?.....was he trying to avoid Jewell !!!

  • He walked past me 10 mins after the end going under the arches (Ransom Walk).

He had one plod and two stewards with him.

He was suited and booted as well, smelly git.

    Lol.

he must have had somewhere important to get to quick!! a wedding perhaps.
  • did it feel like there should of been more injury time added on ?
  • I thought 3 minutes was ample and it felt like he played at least 5!!!
  • call me naive but i've never heard of a referee at the train station milling around with fans 10mins after the game! can you imagine if it'd been the fulham ref from this season? sod the copper, he would've been on the tracks most probably
