Anyone else wonder what he's actually doing for there second goal yesterday? His awareness of the player running behind him was shocking. Someone HAS to give him a shout or he has to presume that there will be another player running into the massive gap of space he created. Didn't even look once!

Gave the ball away in midfield and they broke on us when we had players up the pitch.
They used the extra men well, passed it quickly and a Man Utd Loanee finished it well but all because of Green
Watching the hi-lights I also questioned why Wilson was so far out of position but I guess he was overlapping looking for a pass from Green.
I was actually honestly surprised by Morrison's passing ability this match, I thought he looked pretty assured on the ball for once. Might have helped with Poyet playing so deep I guess.
As you say Wilson and others were committed forward.
Redchaser, you may be right but at 1 - 0 we still had a slim chance. At 2 - 0 it was game over.
Their 2nd was started by us, assisted by us and ended by a United player.
Things must be bad!
;-)
In my book that was either a fine goal or a collective balls up. I would have thought a bit of a challenge from a defender should of happened. If a winger (i think thats what Greenie is) loses the ball 65 yards from your goal line and cover is a bit light at the back someone normally takes out the player on the ball, you might have to take a card but you then defend a free kick in the middle of the pitch. Just like the first goal lack of awareness and not being switch on.
I would haver liked to see Poyet take a yellow fir the team but that is harsh criticism of a lad making his debut at home and who played exceptionally well
Maybe we need to stop looking for scapegoats every time we lose. The fact is as a team we are not world beaters and could therefore do with a little luck to bring a confidence inducing win and see where we can go from there. Hopefully against the massives next week
I think it is his positional sense which lets him down a bit and IMO that is what separates the very best centre halves from the rest.
