I dont think that player was tracking Reza. Most often in training (well that I have ever been involved with) crosses come in and two attackers are supposed to attack the cross. Defenders may come in at a later stage
I am really liking the management and coaching strategies employed here. Although it just appears to be a relatively simple attacking training drill the coaches are being really positive when a goal is scored, which I personal believe is giving the players the hunger and desire to score goals, and hopefully will mean our strikers wont be scared to have a go at the weekend.
Brother (he says) turned Euell before dummying a slide tackle and slotting home in Monday's training and got a ''well done youngun'' from CP which probably made his life.

Love the look of these guys. Just hope CP has the nuts to play them together rather than playing it safe and having one start alongside Church or Sordell.

how long is he there for mate?
They want to see him in a game but they keep clashing with his FIFC games, so not really sure but he keeps getting asked back.
They've only been here a week so are naturally finishing their chances. Give them both a few weeks/months to become Charltonised and we'll soon be booing them.

And on a side note... May have been for the cameras but Damien Matthew and Chris Powell seemed to be enjoying it
(Who is the one tracking Reza for the last goal?)
I will go the game on Saturday.
Looks good. Powell's smiling away.
These two could be the nuts.
Not impressed by the defence.
