I was at 0 for much of yesterday evening and peaked at a tentative 7 shortly after SCP's press conference and Yann being sighted at the training ground.

Have stabilised at 5 for the last couple of hours. I've completely lost track of what's fact and what's rumour and have no idea whether I should be happy or suicidal.
