Remember we'll have our two strikers and two midfielders signed by then.

You could of had man utd,Chelsea, arsenal,Liverpool,Barcelona, juventus,Carlisle utd

We would of got Carlisle away. Someone has put a voodoo spell on us.

I would have been happy enough with Carlisle away - but they weren't in the draw, doncha know?

  • I'm glad it's away though.

Remember we'll have our two strikers and two midfielders signed by then.

And they'll be either rested or cup tied!

Let's sell it out. I might go up on the Friday night hit some of the nightclubs up in the slums, then go to the game Saturday. Stay in a premier inn or something. Gotta watch those Sheffield birds though, some of them have fangs. Pulled one before turned out Mandy was an Andy, with fangs
  • Just pray we stay on the Sat.
    Cracking ground.
    Good drink-up.
    Winnable
Big teams out in the quarters.
If bloody millwall can do it why not us.
What is the point of being in the comp if you don't want to do as well as possible.
Seems some people would happily see us get dicked at arsenal/City etc as long as we're on the box.

Fully expecting a freak rainstorm to hit Sheffield the week before the game so the tie has to be played at Huddersfield instead...
  • Great fa cup memory that game

Confident of getting through mate, happy it's at home as we've been away twice.

I really hope a few thousand Charlton fans come up to add to the atmosphere though.

    Such a dull draw
We're just dull and have to live with it

70% 5th round .......... 25% Quarter final misery ........... 4.9% Wemberlee and semi final heartbreak.......... 0.08% FA Cup runners up .......... 0.02% FA Cup Winners !!!

    this makes no sense.
you think if we are in semi final we have 1 in 50 ish chance of winning but if in final we have 1 in 5.

I'm not sure if you put them in to be taken seriously or not but can you explain yourself.

personally I'm happy with the draw and fancy us to Ay least get a draw. Simon church loves playing in Yorkshire. I'll be there and hope we get at least 500 up to support the boys.

The last time we were at hillsborough it was such a great game that I will definitely be up for this. The first bit of excitement at the club for a while. We can win this.

Yeah i think we should run it as operation Sheffield. And all dress in black. To mourn the fact Sheffield is a S**T hole and I wanna go home.

Was I the only one bricking it when they called Man City home first?

Mind you I'd rather take a loss at the Etihad than at Hillsborough, but at least the latter is winnable.

Hopefully we'll get first choice on the Saturday as United won't know until both replays whether they're through or, if so, who they'll play.
