Seamus Coleman pronounced Shaymus. What is funny is that speaking to a Polish guy at work, there pronounciation of Polish names are completely wrong, why not be consistant? Although some people will pronounce them the way there pronounced in there country, i'm lazy and will go for the easy option.
Z is pronounced th as in think in Classical Spanish, which is the pronunciation that is taught in schools but in a large part of Spain, and South America, it is pronounced as s. It's an interesting point though, we don't pronounce Paris the way the French do for example.
I rememeber Danny Baker once commenting on this subject at how the commentators insist on using a French , Spanish or Italian accent when saying their players names but never a German one when saying for instance "Schweinsteiger"
