3 years to the day today since SCP took charge and it has to be said that they are some of the best years as a Charlton supporter that I can remember! (I'm a lil'un compared to most of you though!) From the 4 straight wins at the start of his spell, to the unforgettable promotion season to the Championship and the recent couple of years have been some of my favourite, and include some of my favourite moments. Here's to hoping that he'll be in charge for a good while yet, and give us more great moments (and results!) to remember when we're Premiership champions all thanks to him

powell out!
Its nice to speak to non-Charlton supporters who more often than not will know who your manager is and acknowledge how much of a legend he is at our club. I still think there is a 'fairytale' moment or two ahead of us with SCP.
He deserves a shot at improving the squad over the summer and getting us to the top 6, winning the play-offs.
Longest serving manager in the division and one of three managers in my 42 years of following CAFC who has brought class, stability and performance.
loved him as a player and I know he cares for the club - but just think he is too nice a guy.
Here's to many more happy times at the helm, Chris...
But there's nothing more ridiculous to see than a manager losing the plot and his dignity on the touchline during the game.
Anyway, normally Dyer does the bawling at players from the dugout.
