A different view - it's winnable and a chance for CAFC to reach the 5th round. We are far to close to Wednesday in the league and below Huddersfield. We need to rise above the clubs we came up with a couple of years back to kick start our journey back to the top six. So a great opportunity for players and management to liven up the rest of the season. Let's face it, if we beat Barnsley and a few others then the season is over in the league.
As soon as Huddersfield came out, you just knew we were next. Unbelievable, all those other possible ties and we draw the one side we didn't f*cking want.
May sound bad but I'm hoping for a Oxford and Burton win as it's only time my Dad can make it to a game this season and was all up for seeing Charlton v Bournemouth until I pointed out that it was FA Cup fourth round. He said "Oh, maybe we will get a prem team and were make the trip wherever it is" I told him it would be Huddersfield and he said in no uncertain terms that he aint going there. Well... I tried telling him.
Jesus Christ - Would you Adam & Eve it? This is the worst draw possible. Boring, boring, boring! Hardly worth trying against Oxford. I give up. Goodbye.
I read earlier that this is the 3rd year running Oldham have drawn Liverpool in the fa cup, the difference is they're making loads of money from it and loving it.
Even when we got out of League One they had to bloody follow us up to the Championship. If it was a half interesting side then it would soften the disappointment, but no, they are actually the most boring club at our level!
New owner, better squad, fresh start. Yes it may be boring old Huddersfield but this is a great chance to get in the 5th round and hopefully get a great good Premier League tie.
I can't see them charging the earth for the tickets, They probably thinking the same thing (BLOODY CHARLTON AGAIN!)
I say at £10, we take over 1,000 fans up there, Sing the hell out of them, Get rid of them once and for all and get a good 5th round tie.

I say at £10, we take about 100 fans up there and loose 2-0.

On the plus side though we are due a win against them, 3rd time lucky and all that. Saying that I'm still not going.
League Cup 3rd Rd - Huddersfield Away
FA Cup 3rd Rd - Oxford Home
FA Cup 4th Rd - Huddersfield Away
Don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Boooooooo
Made that journey twice already this season to no avail...
Can only hope this time we're due for a good result !
Can't see too many wanting to make the trip though.....unless our new owner fancies making it a freebie !!
