I know this is on the Pitch quality thread but I think it deserves it's own thread. It really has been a very positive first few hours of new ownership.
I would think the problem for the remainder of this season will be that unless we can keep the cover until perhaps the end of march then every time it rains the pitch will flood if the drains are still blocked. I hope we don't end up with a fixture pile up which leaves us shy on points but with games in hand. That would be very nervy.
Bloody hell our Tintin works fast at improving matters... Weve got some important Contracts (I mean paperwork) for you to sign for various members next...
He's still with the club whilst the handover goes through so technically... Yes
Thinking this through as has been suggested on other thread, about current owners remaining responsible for any 'hidden costs required' does that mean that Roly can charge any costs incurred in rectifying the pitch problems to the old regime?

I think you can assume this comes as no surprise - It wasn't exactly something easy to hide!
What happens if we can't get through the next few difficult months? How many games are we allowed to postpone before the FA step in? What will happen if they do?

Isn't that Olly Was Here, Van Susans, Olly thread, Olly ?
Anyway, enough sarcasm. At least now the thought police have left the building, the staff are allowed to tell us what we had already guessed.
It's only been hushed up for a couple of years !
NB I'm presuming they won't find any bodies under there.
Seems like we've been lucky with the weather then!
How do you know that he didn't implore the actual owners to do something about it?
