Josh Harris pulls out of takeover.

According to the Daily Mail this morning, Josh Harris has pulled out of talks surrounding the takeover of Charlton Athletic. There is a mention of a claim by Charlton to own land on the Greenwich peninsular, and a statement that Mayfair property developer is keeping the Club afloat. I smell a great big rat, anyone fancy a lovely Flat on the Valley development ?
