I use it now and then when I get a guest pass. It's ok, the pre-match food is average (usually something with chips and beans), the bar staff are good and it's nice and relaxed (it was roasting in there on Saturday before the Ipswich game). You get a team sheet as well about 2:30pm.
You get a cup of tea or coffee at half time and the bar is open afterwards.
It's not bad. Is it worth the money? I think so (just).
My brief experience lasted one pint and I left. Felt similar to working mans club where you daren't sit where Harold has sat for the past umpteen years. Boring people with no lives or personality. In fact, it was that boring, I went to the East Stand to have a beer! Only good thing was I bumped into Swen Gorensen (sp?) the England manager on the steps as I was leaving. But as long as they pour additional money into the club, it's bearable.
