The best night out ever.

edited November 2013 in Not Sports Related
I was just reading the Terry Naylor ticket thread and it got me thinking. If the tickets were bought en block, then not only do you see your favourite band, you also get to sit with fellow lifers...two shared passions, fantastic! In addition you learn that none of your fellow fans are arseholes. A great first set then off to the bar to gossip about Henry (sorry henners but you are a ledge) Even better second half, with you and your mates arms linked singing "All the young dudes" You then finish the evening with a sensible pint in the local. You get home and the missus has waited up...not to scold you but to embrace the story you have to tell, and you remember why you chose her in the first place.

Now that is my best night out.

Please add yours.

If you could do anything in the entire world you'd choose to shoot animals?

And this is your best night ever? Got to be a WUM.

If they ever make another police academy film you would be perfect as Tackleberry Big Rob .

The best night out was Thursday nights in the Beehive from 1983-1996.

Another night that springs to mined was when I was out with a group of mates celebrating a 21st birthday and an engagement, we were in a cab going down to the Regency nightclub in Chatham and on the radio we were listening to the comeback during Leeds V Charlton game up at St Andrews.....a toast to Peter Shirtliff.
